Shipley sails in for six, Tigers lead 33-10

Will Shipley came up with his first rushing touchdown of the night thanks to Jake Briningstool’s clutch 49-yard grab.

Running back Will Shipley sailed to the end zone for his first rushing touchdown of the night, a three-yard run to extend Clemson’s lead to 33-10 in the fourth quarter.

En route to the Tiger’s fourth trip to the end zone, quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei and Shipley combined for 34 rushing yards on the drive, 18 of which belonged to the running back.

Tight end Jake Briningstool had his best run of the night in the scoring drive with a 49 yard grab stopped just short of the end zone.

Clemson came away with the score in eight plays for 86 yards in just under five minutes of play.
