While 17-7 on the season, UConn is just 3-3 over its last 6, covering just once. The Huskies are 11-13 against the spread (ATS) overall.
Seton Hall isn’t much better, posting an even 11-11 ATS mark. The Pirates are just 4-4 straight up (SU) on the road with an uglier record of 4-8-1 ATS overall in conference games.

The Big East is too competitive to bet a favorite at -250. At the same time, UConn is 10-2 SU at home. At +200, Seton Hall is the only reasonable play, but I wouldn’t bet on an upset here.
Against the spread
LEAN to UCONN -5.5 (-110). UConn has been the better team this season.
The issues that Seton Hall has had on the road make it tough to trust. Its ability to cover conference games has also been lacking and is a clear trend to stay away from. Plus, Seton Hall is 3-4 ATS against ranked opponents.
UConn has edges offensively, scoring 77.0 PPG compared to Seton Hall’s 74.5. Defensively, UConn allows 65.3 PPG; Seton Hall yields 67.5 PPG.
Considering the play within the conference and the consistency on the season, I’d side with the home team here.
