The Brooklyn Nets suffered a tough loss on Wednesday night in Milwaukee to fall to 1-3 on the year – but scoring help could soon be on the way. Before the game head coach Steve Nash spoke about sharpshooter Seth Curry‘s recovery process.
The Nets coach spoke to The Athletic’s Alex Schiffer before the game on his plans for Curry over the next couple of weeks. He announced that Seth Curry will be sent to work with the Long Island Nets over the next couple of days and hopes to return him to the hardwood soon.
The team desperately needs the catch-and-shoot sharpshooter as their offensive capabilities have struggled in several matchups. The Nets sit at 27th in the league for three-point percentage so far this season, which is pretty inefficient for a team with two superstars.
Brooklyn’s mediocre start to the season needs to turn around quickly, as the team has yet to get into any flow on the hardwood. The Nets will sure be happy to get Seth Curry back.
