Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow and defensive end Sam Hubbard used their last bit of time off on Saturday night to attend the throwdown between the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Ohio State Buckeyes.
Those fifth-ranked Irish entered as big underdogs against the second-ranked Buckeyes.
Burrow and Hubbard weren’t alone — other big names at the event included Ezekiel Elliott, Terry McLaurin, Jerome Bettis and LeBron James.
Both Bengals stars enjoyed an otherwise quiet weekend after the team made a flurry of roster moves to get ready for Week 1. Monday, they’ll start prep for the season opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
