Buffalo Bills cornerback Josh Norman is the latest victim of a Derrick Henry stiff arm.
The Tennessee Titans star running back took a hand off in the second quarter on 2nd-and-4 to the outside, where he met Norman and promptly denied him of a tackle — and then tossed him like a rag doll for good measure.
It’s hard to tell which one was better: Henry’s stiff arm on Norman on Tuesday night, or the one he dealt to former Baltimore Ravens safety Earl Thomas in the Divisional Round game last season.
I’d say the one on Thomas gets the edge because of the importance of the game, but Henry gets more style points for the distance that Norman flew. Either way, this stiff arm reinforces that Henry is one of the meanest runners in the NFL.
Henry hasn’t been able to get much going so far in this game, but he has found the end zone once and now he has a highlight reel stiff arm to go with it.
