Nick Saban retired as Alabama’s head coach on Wednesday.

Saban served as a head coach in the Southeastern Conference at Alabama (2007-23) and LSU (2000-04). He compiled a 292–71–1 (117–18 SEC) career record, while winning seven national championships, 11 SEC titles and won the SEC West 12 times. Saban won the Paul Bryant Award in 2003 and 2020, highlighting coaching achievements and contributions to the American Heart Association.
