Analyzing the Seattle Seahawks’ 2022 Super Bowl 56 odds, with NFL futures picks and predictions.

The Seattle Seahawks made the playoffs each of the last three seasons and were NFC West champs last year. They hope to run their postseason streak to four and win their second Super Bowl in the last nine years. Below, we look at the Seattle Seahawks 2022 Super Bowl 56 odds, with NFL futures picks and predictions.

Seattle won its first five games of 2020 and closed out the regular season on a four-game win streak to finish 12-4. They were eliminated from the playoffs in a 30-20 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Wild Card Round.

Despite a reportedly unhappy QB Russell Wilson in the offseason, they’ll remain contenders so long as he is at the helm.

Seahawks’ offseason recap

Much of the Seahawks’ offseason has been dominated by the issues between the organization and Wilson. He expressed his unhappiness for the number of hits and sacks he has taken in his career; the team was unhappy he aired his concerns publicly. While he did not formally request a trade, he did give the team a list of four teams to which he would be willing to be traded.

They replaced offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer with Shane Waldron, who was previously on the Rams coaching staff.

Several defensive starters departed in free agency — CB Shaquil Griffin, DT Jarran Reed and CB Quinton Dunbar. TE Greg Olsen retired, as did OL Mike Iupati. RB Carlos Hyde, TE Jacob Hollister and WR David Moore also signed with other teams.

Seattle signed CB Pierre Desir, traded for G Gabe Jackson and re-signed RB Chris Carson.

They had only one selection in the first three rounds of the 2021 NFL Draft and used it to take WR D’Wayne Eskridge in the second round.

Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl 56 and 2021 NFL futures picks

While the Seahawks have been a team with some transition the last two seasons, as long as Wilson is playing at a high level, they will be playoff contenders.

They have missed the playoffs only once since he began his career, so the smart money is to bet YES (-110) they will make the playoffs. And while the Rams are the favorites to win the division, it is never a bad bet to pick the Seahawks to WIN the NFC West (+280).

Likewise, since they have had fewer than 10 wins only once since 2012, bet OVER 9.5 WINS (-140).
