Sean McDermott, Bills teammates make case for Josh Allen as MVP

The Buffalo Bills routed the New York Jets in Week 17, and in no surprise, Josh Allen played his part.

The QB was 16-for-27 passing with 182 passing yards yards and three total touchdowns in the 40-14 win. The Bills (13-3) could have gotten more out of Allen but after a certain point even the Jets (4-12) pulled their starters it was such a blowout.

With his effort, Allen made another claim for the 2024 NFL MVP Award which he’s the favorite to win… and many of those around Buffalo’s locker room backed that idea after the game.

Even head coach Sean McDermott did.

“Josh Allen is the MVP,” McDermott said.

Allen’s teammates including Amari Cooper, Von Miller, Spencer Brown and Khalil Shakir all felt the same.
