Seahawks updated depth chart + practice squad heading into Week 3

After so many changes now seems like a good team to revisit the depth chart.

The Seattle Seahawks made a flurry of roster and practice squad moves on Wednesday, reshaping their team as they prepare for their third game of the 2023 season at home against the Carolina Panthers.

To recap, rookie defensive end Mike Morris has been placed on injured reserve and head coach Pete Carroll says he’s likely out for the year. The team has also signed cornerback Artie Burns to the active roster, signed tight end Brady Russell off the Philadelphia Eagles practice squad and released second-year outside linebacker Tyreke Smith. These moves come on the heels of an also-active Week 2, which saw the Seahawks bring in four new offensive linemen following injuries to Charles Cross and Abe Lucas – who is also currently on the injured reserve list.

After so many changes now seems like a good team to revisit the depth chart. Here’s what each position looks like, including practice squad players.
