Seahawks uncertain about DK Metcalf playing vs. Cardinals

Metcalf is nursing hip and rib injuries. If he is unable to play, it would be his first missed game in the NFL in five seasons.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf is questionable to play against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 7, having only gotten limited work in one day of practice this week, dealing with injuries to his ribs and his hips.

While he played the last two weeks with the rib injury, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, it is far less certain that he plays against the Cardinals.

The decision will be made after he goes through a pregame workout.

In his five NFL seasons, Metcalf has never missed a game.

Through five games this season, he has 22 receptions for 337 yards and two touchdowns.

In eight career games against the Cardinals, Metcalf has 22 receptions for 235 yards and two scores.

Arizona and Seattle kick off from Lumen Field Sunday at 1:05 p.m. Arizona time.
