The Seattle Seahawks are now 6-3 on the season after falling to the Rams in Los Angeles last Sunday. While the Rams and the Arizona Cardinals also hold records of 6-3, both teams have beaten Seattle so far, and therefore, hold a tiebreaker for now.
But the Seahawks didn’t just tumble in the NFC West standings after the Week-10 loss, they also fell out of the top 10 in the USA TODAY’s weekly NFL power rankings.
“Want another sad defensive metric? writes Nate Davis. “S Jamal Adams has a team-best 5½ sacks in his five 2020 appearances … while his teammates average 1.8 per game collectively.”
After their performance in LA, Davis dropped the Seahawks from No. 7 all the way down to No. 14.
Oof.
Seattle has a chance to regain some ground in the NFC West when the Seahawks square off against the Cardinals in prime time Thursday night at Century Link Field.
