Seahawks land at No. 12 in Touchdown Wire’s post-draft power rankings

The Seattle Seahawks have landed at No. 12 in Touchdown Wire’s post-draft NFL power rankings.

The Seattle Seahawks came away from the 2021 NFL draft with just three new players: wide receiver D’Wayne Eskridge, cornerback Tre Brown and tackle Stone Forsythe.

For their efforts, Seahawks landed at No. 12 in Touchdown Wire’s post-draft NFL power rankings.

“Receiver D’Wayne Eskridge is a slot burner whose stock rose after an outstanding Senior Bowl, Oklahoma cornerback Tre Brown is a smaller defender whose aggressive style led to a ton of penalties at the college level, and Florida offensive tackle Stone Forsythe is a potential sixth-round steal who projects well as a developmental blocker,” writes Doug Farrar.

“The defending NFC West champs decided to rely more on free agency and trades than the draft in an uncertain year for prospects, and though Russell Wilson is still the face of the franchise, improvements on defense are crucial if Seattle is to advance beyond the divisional round for the first time since 2014,” Farrar finishes.

Seattle will get its first look at its newest players next week when the rookies take the field for camp.
