On paper, the Seattle Seahawks are a far better team than the Los Angeles Rams are this year. Then again, sometimes a veteran quarterback takes that paper and wipes the turf off his cleats with it. At least that was the case today, as Seattle’s conservative zone defenses got thoroughly sliced and diced by Matt Stafford and the Rams. They’ve sent the Seahawks to an 0-1 start to the season, downing them by a score of 30-13. What stings worst about it was the total collapse in the second half, as Seattle was outscored 23-0 after halftime.
