The Seahawks just announced that third-string quarterback Sean Mannion and rookie safety Ty Okada have been elevated from the practice squad for this week against the Eagles. Mannion is serving as insurance in case starting quarterback Geno Smith can’t play. He is listed as questionable with elbow and groin injuries. Drew Lock started in his place last week, While Mannion was the backup. As for Okada, he provides extra depth at safety in case Jamal Adams cannot play. He did not practice this week and is also listed as questionable.
