Rutgers men’s basketball vs Nebraska: Prediction, point spread, odds, best bet

Rutgers men’s basketball is eyeing another win in Big Ten action.

Following a dominating win over Michigan, Rutgers men’s basketball is back in action on Sunday night. Rutgers will travel to Lincoln, Nebraska, to take on a Cornhuskers team with 20 wins. In this Big Ten battle, there should be plenty of fireworks.

As Rutgers looks to pull off an upset, they will need big games from Jeremiah Williams and Clifford Omoruyi. In eight games this season, William has been a scoring machine, averaging a team-high 12.9 points per game. Omoruyi has been a monster on the boards, averaging 8.9 rebounds a game.

The key on defense will be stopping Nebraska’s talented guard, Keisei Tominaga. He is averaging a team-high 13.9 points per game. When he is at his best, the Nebraska offense is hard to stop.

Additionally, Nebraska will have a home-court advantage, which is where they have thrived this season. They are 17-1 at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
