Rutgers football recruiting: Tight end prospect Korey Duff is now a four-star

Korey Duff is now a four-star according to Rivals.

Korey Duff is now a four-star as the Long Island tight end is now among the top-ranked players in the nation at his position.

In an update this week, Rivals bumped Duff from a three-star to a four-star recruit. The Long Island athlete is coming off a strong junior season for St. Anthony’s (Melville, N.Y.). He is a member of the 2024 recruiting class.

He is the fourth-best prospect in a deep recruiting class from New York. The bump also sees him now ranked as the No. 18 tight end in the nation.

It is open to debate where Duff likely ends up at the next level. He is a solid enough blocker to play a tight end, but his fluidity and athleticism could also project to wide receiver.

The Rutgers football recruiting class currently features 15 committed players. Two weeks ago, the Scarlet Knights landed a commitment from Aaris Bethea, their first commitment from New York in this recruiting cycle.

Bethea is the first commitment to Rutgers from New York in the 2024 class.
