Rutgers baseball: Todd Frazier set to join the YES Network as an analyst

Todd Frazier is joining the YES Network this season as an analyst.

Former MLB star Todd Frazier will be doing television work this season for the New York Yankees. It was announced last week that the former Rutgers baseball star will be joining the YES Network.

Frazier will be an in-studio analyst.

An 11-year veteran of the big leagues, Frazier was twice an All-Star. He spent one season (2017) with the Yankees.

During the course of his career, he hit .241 with 212 career home runs. His ties to the area are deep. In addition to playing collegiately for Rutgers and his season with the Yankees, Frazier also spent a little over two seasons with the New York Mets.

He was twice named an All-Star during his career. He played both third base and first base during his career. In 2020, he won a silver medal at the Olympics.

From New Jersey, Frazier is arguably the best baseball player in Rutgers history. With the Scarlet Knights, Frazier was named the Big East Player of the Year in 2007.
