Robby Anderson had a wholesome response to fans ripping his garbage time first down celebration

“Ima count my blessings and live my dream and enjoy it to the fullest.”

Robby Anderson isn’t letting the haters get to him.

On Sunday, Anderson caught the ire of NFL fans and Carolina Panthers supporters after celebrating a seemingly meaningless first down with under two minutes to play. At the time, the Panthers were losing 32-6 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the celebration seemed — to many — out of place given the score in garbage time.

Though the Panthers lost Sunday’s game and have fallen to 5-10 on the year after losing five straight games, Anderson responded to NFL fans who were upset with his celebration on Twitter. In his honestly quite wholesome response, Anderson stated that he is living his dream and wants to “enjoy it to the fullest”.

Look, I get why NFL fans had their feathers ruffled here and why Panthers fans are upset at the team, but Anderson isn’t the reason Carolina has dropped five straight games. If he wants to have a bit of fun out there in a lost game, let him!
