The NFL had a gift waiting for Richard Sherman following the San Francisco 49ers’ dominant win over the Minnesota Vikings in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs on Saturday.
Sherman shared on social media that the NFL hit him with two drug tests: one for performance-enhancing drugs and one for HGH. “Hahahaha ball out and get the double dip…. PED and HGH tests…. hahaha gotta love it …,” Sherman wrote in the tweet Saturday night.
The tests followed a game when he managed an interception while shutting down a number of different Vikings receivers. After the game, Sherman made it known that the thought he was still the best cornerback in football. In this game, he played like one of the NFL’s best.

When a few fans responded to Sherman’s tweet, he shared a few more thoughts on the drug tests. He explained he didn’t like giving blood “mostly because I don’t know where it’s going.”
Oh I will… just hate giving blood lol. Mostly because I don’t know where it’s going lol

Sherman and the 49ers will advance to the NFC championship, which will take place in San Francisco. They’ll play either the Green Bay Packers or the Seattle Seahawks, who play on Sunday. It’ll be yet another chance for Sherman to put together a performance worthy of an NFL’s drug test.
