Rice’s WR duo will be a good test for Texas secondary

Rice has a pair of receivers that will be a nice test for Texas before ‘Bama.

The former quarterback has found his true home at wide receiver and has become the focal point of the Owls’ offense. Similar to his All-Pro brother Christian, Luke is extremely shifty and hard to bring down in open space. Tackling him will be difficult, but should be something that this Texas defense has focused on heavily this week. In 10 games this past year , he recorded a team-high 58 catches for 723 yards and six touchdowns. He also added three 100-plus receiving yard games and hauled in 10 catches twice. Rice will also use him in the run game, so think of a more versatile Boogie Knight.
