2.) Tobias Harris makes an All-Star team
This one was not too far off. Harris has had a very productive season averaging 19.4 points and 6.8 rebounds while shooting 36.2% from deep, but he is in a conference where Giannis Antetokounmpo lives combined with the terrific seasons that Pascal Siakam and Jimmy Butler had for their respective teams. He did not have the impact for Philadelphia that Siakam had in Toronto or Butler in Miami so he was not selected for a spot.
3.) Joel Embiid wins MVP
This one has been way off. While Embiid is still one of the more dominant bigs in the NBA averaging 23.4 points and 11.8 rebounds, the aforementioned Antetokounmpo has taken his game to another level with the Milwaukee Bucks and LeBron James is somehow still playing at an elite level for the Los Angeles Lakers. So while Embiid is certainly having a terrific season, he is not on an MVP level like those two.
