Buffalo Bills pass rusher Von Miller is facing an arrest relating to a domestic violence case in Dallas.
According to multiple reports, including WFAA-TV in Dallas, the 34-year-old has a warrant issued for his arrest, and his attorney has been made aware. The accusation reportedly comes from Miller’s pregnant girlfriend.
The charge Miller faces, assault of a pregnant person, is a third-degree felony.
Buffalo is on its bye week and will not play again until Dec. 10 in Kansas City against the Chiefs.
Miller has played a limited role on the Bills in 2023 following a season-ending knee injury last season.
Miller, an eight-time Pro Bowler, signed a six-year, $120 million contract with the Bills ahead of the 2022 season. He has won a Super Bowl apiece with the Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Rams.
In 2021, Miller reportedly was investigated by police in Parker, Colorado, but was ultimately not charged. At that time, he was playing for the Denver Broncos, and specific details on that investigation have not been made public, nor has Miller commented on it.
Bills Wire will provide updates as information is made available.
