On Wednesday, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that not only did Tua’s MRI looked clean, but his fracture is healed and there’s no loss of blood flow.
Following two days of medical testing, #Bama QB Tua Tagovailoa received overwhelmingly positive reports on his dislocated hip from teams who examined him, sources say. The MRIs were as clean as hoped, fracture is healed, there is no loss of blood flow. One source: “Looked great."

This is HUGE news for Tagovailoa, as one of the major concerns this draft has been whether or not Tua would be ready to play this season, and if he was truly healed.
Tagovailoa also shared yesterday that he is expected to be “full go” for Alabama’s Pro Day on March 24.
This news comes a few weeks after Rapoport also reported that Tagovailoa’s “range of motion is good, and he is expected to to be cleared for football activities in about a month.”
For the season, Tagovailoa threw for 2,840 yards, 33 TDs, and 3 INT. In his career at Alabama, Tua racked up 7,442 yards passing, 87 TDs, and 11 INT.
Right now, Tagovailoa is consistently a top 5 pick in almost every mock draft. With a stellar pro-day performance, Tua might just see himself climb even higher.
