Report: Tom Brady getting 10-year, $375 million deal from Fox Sports

It looks like Tom Brady’s new gig will pay him more per year to talk about football than he’s currently making to play it

Tom Brady is already making a decent chunk of change to be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ quarterback, but it looks like his next gig is going to pay him even more money to talk about football instead of playing it.

Fox Sports announced Tuesday morning that Brady would be joining the network as their lead NFL analyst once he finally hangs up his cleats for good, and his new job comes with a 10-year deal with $375 million, per Andrew Marchand of the New York Post.

Brady is expected to call Fox Sports’ biggest NFL games alongside Kevin Burkhardt once he moves on from the playing field.

That $375 million price tag over 10 years exceeds Brady’s entire career earnings over 23 years as an NFL quarterback, including his expected pay for the 2022 season.

Brady ended his brief “retirement” after just 41 days earlier this offseason, returning for a 23rd NFL season, his third with the Bucs. He helped lead Tampa Bay to a Super Bowl victory in his first season with the team back in 2020, but they fell short in last year’s bid for a repeat with a loss to the Los Angeles Rams in the divisional round of the playoffs.
