Former Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs had plenty of cryptic tweets this offseason, and as the tweets got less cryptic and more concerning for the Vikings, other teams reportedly took notice.
According to Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer, when Diggs tweeted “It’s time for a new beginning” at 1:46 p.m., a handful of teams called Minnesota, which had originally put Diggs off-limits until the trade deadline.
it’s time for a new beginning.

The Bills reached out a little over an hour after Diggs tweeted that, per Breer. And now, the deal is reportedly done and Diggs is on another team.
I guess this goes to show that cryptic tweets can work out for players who want to move teams. I personally hope Diggs is happy with his situation and performs well for the Bills. However, I think if the Vikings can get value for the picks they received from the Bills, they have a chance to have won the trade.
