First reported by The Athletic, there was an altercation at the Golden State Warriors’ practice on Wednesday that saw Draymond Green punch Jordan Poole.
This is especially interesting to Michigan State fans and alumni, because Draymond is of course an MSU alum, and Jordan Poole is from Michigan.
Reports are saying that Poole was not seriously hurt from the incident.
Chris Haynes reported what seems to be Draymond’s side of the story:
Draymond Green was apologetic in aftermath of the altercation with Jordan Poole, but there was a buildup stemming from teammates noticing a change in Poole’s behavior throughout camp with the guard on the verge of securing a lucrative extension, league sources tell @YahooSports.
