One Mike is gone from the Dallas Cowboys’ coaching staff … and it isn’t head coach Mike McCarthy.

Nolan’s tenure was a disaster, to say the least. The Cowboys were 6-10 in 2020 and gave up 473 points.
He was hired as DC in Dallas on Jan. 5, 2020.
