Report: Bills, former Panthers CB Josh Norman agree to one-year deal

According to a report by Mike Garafolo at NFL Network, the Bills and former Panthers cornerback Josh Norman have agreed to a one-year deal that can be worth up to $8 million with incentives. Norman’s connection with Buffalo is his old defensive coordinator Sean McDermott.

Norman played the first four years of his career in Carolina. He was franchise tagged by former general manager Dave Gettleman and then had it rescinded and wound up signing with Washington, where he played the last four seasons.

All together, Norman has appeared in 111 games. He’s posted 14 interceptions, 79 pass breakups and 12 forced fumbles. Norman was a Pro Bowler and first-team All Pro in 2015.
