During this time in quarantine, sleep is not all that important when nobody knows what time it is anyway. So, in the wee hours of the morning on Monday, the Philadelphia 76ers lost an important member of their front office.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported on Monday morning, or Sunday night depending on your perspective, that assistant general manager Marc Eversley was hired by the Chicago Bulls to be their new general manager. Eversley had served as the team’s Senior Vice President of Player Personnel before being promoted to assistant general manager. He joins Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations Arturas Karnisovas to attempt to turn the Bulls around.

Eversley had been with the Sixers since May of 2016 and he helped the team get into better shape through the draft with his terrific eye of scouting young talent.
