After John Petty went down with a right arm injury during Tuesday’s loss against Mississippi State, many worried he would be out for the season.
But on Friday, good news came as Al.com’s Matt Zenitz reported that John Petty’s injury wasn’t as serious as originally thought.

The Crimson Tide is hopeful to have Petty back for the SEC tournament, which starts March 11.
Petty is averaging 15 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 2.6 assists this season.
