UPDATE: 5 ⭐️ RB Richard Young plans on officially visiting 4 schools, potentially during the summer.
The first three are obvious, #OhioState, #Alabama, and #Georgia. But a new team is now pushing for Young, and that is #Oregon.

The Oregon Ducks got some nice recruiting news over the weekend, with it being reported that 5-star running back Richard Young is planning to add Eugene to his list of places to visit this coming year ahead of his commitment. The report comes from Recruits_CFP, but was retweeted by Oregon offensive coordinator Kenny Dillingham, which gives it more credence.
Young is a 5-foot-11, 200-pound back who is rated as the No. 1 RB in the class of 2023, and the No. 18 overall player in the class, according to 247Sports. The Florida senior is reportedly high on the Georgia Bulldogs, Alabama Crimson Tide, and Ohio State Buckeyes. The Ducks have been pushing hard for him recently, though, and Young reportedly plans to come to see Dan Lanning and Co. at some point this year.
After getting 4-star RB Jordan James to flip from Georgia to Oregon this past month, there seems to be some positive momentum for the Ducks when it comes to recruiting that position, so it’s not a shock to see this news keep rolling with Young. We will update when more is known about his visiting schedule.
