On Friday, 2024, five-star WR and current Texas Tech commit Micah Hudson was seen wearing Texas A&M gloves during Lake Belton’s game vs. Midlothian on Friday night.
Even though Lake Belton lost 49-28, Hudson recorded two touchdowns, including one in triple coverage, as the dynamic playmaker possesses shades of a younger Odell Beckham Jr. every time he touches the ball.
After taking an official visit to College Station during Texas A&M’s home matchup with Alabama, it has been reported that Hudson was back in Aggieland for a second visit, staying through the weekend while attending the Aggie Women’s Volleyball game. Look, this could mean something or nothing, but here’s my take: as locked in as Hudson is with the Red Raiders and head coach Joey McGuire, the relationships he’s developing with Jimbo Fisher and his staff will likely affect his final decision.

According to Rivals, Micah Hudson is currently positioned as the 6th-ranked player in the 2024 class, the 2nd-ranked wide receiver prospect, and the 2nd-ranked player in Texas.
Furthermore, after 2025 four-star WR Drelon Miller’s de-commitment from the program earlier this week, this leaves an opening for another stellar playmaker to join an already impressive wide receiver group in 2024, including Evan Stewart, Noah Thomas, Jahdae Walker, Moose Muhammad, Micah Tease, and Raymond Cottrell.
