Clowney is the top free agent overall left on the market. Could he fit the Bills? Certainly Buffalo loves to add to their pass rushers. And who really knows what Clowney is going to do, so maybe the Bills could be in the mix? His name has bounced around from the Seahawks, to the Saints, to the Cowboys, to the Titans, to the Browns, in recent weeks. Due to all the additions made this offseason at the position group, Clowney’s addition would probably require a Trent Murphy cut.
DL Corey Liuget
Age: 30
Could a return be in the works? Star Lotulelei, Ed Oliver, Harrison Phillips and Vincent Taylor are in the middle of the Bills defensive line. There’s Quinton Jefferson to consider as well with his versatility, too. It’s a pretty packed group, but Liuget didn’t preform terribly during his seven games with the Bills. He had one sack last season but in the Bills’ famous D-line rotation, he knew his role. What better than bringing back a guy who knows the system?
