When the Baltimore Ravens settled on Todd Monken as their ideal hire for their vacant offensive coordinator position, the reaction has been overwhelmingly positive. From television pundits to former players, Twitter has been set ablaze with adulation for Baltimore’s decision.
The Ravens tweeted one photo that seemed to encapsulate the most important endorsements of Monken’s hire, which included praise from CBS’s Pete Prisco, as well as former Ravens in quarterback Robert Griffin III, tight end Benjamin Watson, and wide receiver Dez Bryant.

While social media reaction is hardly a guarantee of success for Baltimore in 2023, it seems that Monken’s hire has set the bar even higher for the Ravens next season as the team looks to get back into Super Bowl contention. Now, attention will shift toward the ongoing contract negotiations that the team is holding with franchise quarterback Lamar Jackson, whose presence in the team’s offense will be critical to their chances of winning a Lombardi Trophy in the near future.
