Ravens vs. Jaguars injury report: Who’s playing and who isn’t in Week 15

The Baltimore Ravens will be without CB Jimmy Smith but have a beat-up secondary behind him as they take on the Jacksonville Jaguars

The Baltimore Ravens are about as beat up as they can get in the secondary. After placing a total of five cornerbacks on injured reserve this season, Baltimore’s injury report for Week 15 against the Jacksonville Jaguars isn’t very pretty.

By Friday, the Ravens have seen six defensive backs miss either some or all of practice, including ruling Jimmy Smith out for Sunday’s game. Even beyond Smith already being ruled out, having five other defensive backs dealing with nagging injuries isn’t a great sign for this game. Granted, it came against a solid Cleveland Browns offense, but Baltimore’s secondary was clearly their weak spot in recent weeks, largely in part to the injuries they’ve sustained there.

While the Jaguars aren’t the most challenging opponent at 1-12 this season, they do have quite a bit of talent on offense that has been held back by inconsistent quarterback play. But as the Ravens have experienced before, guys get hot at the right time and with talented wide receivers and tight ends to target, Baltimore’s secondary can’t afford sloppy play once again.

Take a look at which players are already ruled out and which ones are merely questionable for Week 15 for both the Jaguars and Ravens.
