The Baltimore Ravens haven’t been very lucky when it comes to injuries this season, seeing countless key players either miss multiple games or go on injured reserve. Despite what they’ve gone through, the team has put together a 5-2 record, and now coming out of their bye week Baltimore is expecting some of their contributors to return to the football field 100% healthy.
One of those players is tight end Nick Boyle, who will have a massive impact on the Baltimore offense when he does make his return to the field. When asked about how excited he was for the return of Boyle, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson said that he was “very excited”.
“Oh, man, very excited. He brings a lot to the table for us – catching the ball, blocking. He’s doing it all for us. And he’s got a little, funny personality, too, so we missed that, too. We’re glad we got him back, though – for sure.”
Boyle is regarded as one of the best blocking tight ends in all of football. He has also added in some improved receiving skills to his game over the past couple of seasons, so he’s turned himself into a well-rounded player.
