Ravens need to prepare for Browns DE Myles Garrett

The Baltimore Ravens need to contain defensive end Myles Garrett if they expect to have success on offense in week 10.

The Cleveland Browns defense has played well this season allowing opponents just 234.8 yards per game. The Baltimore Ravens need to contain defensive end Myles Garrett if they expect to have success on offense in week 10.

The Browns primary focus will be to stop the Ravens rush attack on early downs. The Browns rank No. 1 in opponent third-down conversion percentages and if they can force the Ravens into third-and-long this game may become a low scoring war.

Browns defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz likes to play man coverage on passing downs. With defensive back Greg Newsome II questionable for the Browns, offensive coordinator Todd Monken may feel tempted to try and air the ball out.  However, Monken needs to be sure not to risk turnovers, or quick three-and-outs that lead to punts.

The Ravens must win the field position game and keep the Browns offense off schedule in this week 10 divisional rivalry game.

Having caught stride, the second place Cincinnati Bengals are just waiting for the Ravens to slip up.
