Yes, Carter-Williams is on this list. He really was not all that special, but he kickstarted the Process and he did win Rookie of the Year. The argument was there for Victor Oladipo at the time, but he did take home the hardware so he gets a spot on this list. Of course, he did not last long in Philadelphia as he was sent packing at the trade deadline in 2015, but he made his mark in Sixers history during his short time here.
