Ranking the top NCAA seniors in the country based on NBA draft stock

For the upcoming 2020 NBA Draft, seniors may have an advantage because they have the largest sample size of game film to show front offices.

17. Anthony Cowan, Maryland

Guard, 6-foot-0, 22 years old 

Maryland guard Anthony Cowan was another four-year starter during his team in the NCAA, playing in the first unit for all 130 appearances he made. As a senior, he averaged 16.3 points with 4.7 assists per game. He ranked top 20 among all D1 players in total isolation scoring (84), per Synergy. But his best mark was his free throw attempt to field goal ratio. His free throw rate (59.6 percent) ranked fourth-best among high-major college players who are 6-foot-4 or shorter.
