Once the Cowboys get their contract situation with Dak Prescott set, they should be in good shape at quarterback. That’s good shape, not great shape. Prescott has gone 40-24 in four seasons as a starter, However, he was 13-3 as a rookie. That means he has been six games over .500 in the last three seasons in a timid division. The backups are Cooper Rush and Clayton Thorson. Jerry Jones needs to settle things with Prescott and hope the former Mississippi State QB stays healthy.
