7. Pittsburgh Steelers

Mike Tomlin has to hope Ben Roethlisberger is healthy and able to play through 2019. If he returns to form, the Steelers are set for now and short-term future. At some point, they likely will look beyond Mason Rudolph. Devlin Hodges was a fun story. Just not sure he is more than a page in a book of Pittsburgh’s history.
