This situation is likely to change drastically when the Bengals make the first pick in the draft. They are expected to take LSU’s Joe Burrow, who could step into a tricky situation on the worst team in the league. Meanwhile, Andy Dalton lingers. He’s solid but isn’t going to take the team anywhere. Ryan Finley wasn’t ready in 2019 and it is unlikely he will see much daylight.
