For the time being Derek Carr is the quarterback of the Las Vegas Raiders. Feels like that could have been written for the past couple seasons and not been debated. However, the former No. 1 pick remains as the starter until Jon Gruden calls him off. Marcus Mariota has come over from Tennessee, but he did not show what a No. 2 overall pick need to display as a Titan. DeShone Kizer? Seriously?
