7.) O.J. Howard, TE – 2017
The jury is probably still out on Howard, but given the hype surrounding him entering the 2017 NFL Draft, it’s fair to put him at this spot on this list. Howard played in and started 14 games as a rookie, catching 26 passes for 432 yards and six touchdowns, and had 565 yards and five touchdowns the following year. The 2019 season was supposed to be Howard’s breakout year, but he had trouble finding his place in Bruce Arians’ system, earning the ire of his coach. Howard had 459 receiving yards and just one touchdown in 14 games this season. Statistically, it was a down year for the tight end, but he did do a good job of blocking. Hopefully, if the Bucs keep him around, he’ll find a way to get more involved in the offense.
