8.) Adrian Clayborn, DE – 2011

For Clayborn, it’s always felt like a question of “what might have been” had the former Iowa star not been plagued by the injury bug. His career got off to a promising start, as he collected 7.5 sacks his rookie year while starting all 16 games. He played just three games the following year, however, before being placed on injured reserve. In 2013, he again started all 16 games, finishing with 5.0 sacks. But he appeared in just one game in 2014 before going back on IR with a season-ending injury. Since then he’s played for the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots, even winning a Super Bowl with the Patriots following the 2018 season.
