Barron was supposed to be a generational talent that was going to be the dominant force of this Buccaneers defense for years to come. The former Alabama star had already won collegiate championships, so he had the swagger and attitude of a winner already. Even Mike Mayock — who worked as a draft analyst for the NFL Network before becoming the Raiders GM — thought Barron was a star in the making.

Barron lasted just two and a half years with the Bucs, however, before he was shipped to the St. Louis Rams. During his time in Tampa Bay he collected three interceptions and two sacks. He spent this past season with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and despite what Mayock said, Barron has yet to make a Pro Bowl.
