All eyes will be on the Los Angeles Rams and Detroit Lions next Sunday night. The NFL put this marquee postseason matchup in prime time next week, a Sunday Night Football showdown at Ford Field in Detroit.
Kickoff will be at 8:15 p.m. ET on NBC in this battle between two teams with a number of connections. Matthew Stafford is heading back to Detroit, while Jared Goff is facing Sean McVay and the Rams three years after he was traded away by Los Angeles.
The winner of this game will advance to the divisional round of the playoffs. Elsewhere in the NFC, the Buccaneers are hosting the Eagles, while the Cowboys are hosting the Packers. The 49ers earned a first-round bye as the No. 1 seed.
