The Los Angeles Rams opened the week of practice on Wednesday as they prepare to take on the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday afternoon at Lucas Oil Stadium. There were no major injuries suffered in their Week 1 win over the Chicago Bears, a great sign considering the number of players who went down on other teams in the opener.
On Wednesday’s injury report, Sebastian Joseph-Day was the most notable name. He banged up his knee in the win over Chicago and the Rams are being smart with him by giving him a lighter workload this week before kickoff in Week 2.
He was held out of the first practice, as were Andrew Whitworth, Terrell Lewis and Aaron Donald for rest.
A’Shawn Robinson was also limited with a knee injury.
Robinson was active against the Bears but he played just 23 snaps, so he’s likely not fully recovered from his knee procedure.
