The Raiders held their first practice of the week on Wednesday as they are set to play the New York Jets in Week 13. The team had several players not at practice, including several starters on both sides of the ball. Of note, Johnathan Abram, Damon Arnette, Josh Jacobs and Gabe Jackson.
