One of Texas’ top prospects in the 2022 recruiting class is five-star offensive lineman Devon Campbell.
The Arlington, Texas, native is a top 10 overall player in the class and has compiled over 30 offers from well-respected programs. Along with 247Sports, Dave Campbell’s Texas Football also rates Campbell as the No. 1 offensive guard in the 2022 cycle.
The 6-3, 310-pound playmaker is a two-sport athlete in football and basketball and was a 8-6A first-team all-district selection at offensive tackle as a junior in 2020.
Campbell currently has official visits lined up with Oklahoma and USC in June.

Dave Campbell’s Texas Football ranks the Bowie product as the No. 10 overall player in the state, with offensive tackle prospects Kelvin Banks Jr. and Kameron Dewberry listed ahead of him.
This is a critical position of need for first-year head coach Steve Sarkisian and offensive line coach Kyle Flood. If they’re able to land at least two of the top offensive lineman prospects in the 2022 class between Campbell, Banks, and Dewberry — it would be a monumental win for Texas.
